Manufacturing issue
If your items arrives with manufacturing issue, we'll happily offer free reprint or refund Just contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photo or video on a flat surface showing the issue. There's no need to return the item

Shipping estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed, especially during holidays or unforeseen delays.
We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages after they have been shipped.

Due to the personalized nature of our products:
All sales are final.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our mistake, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order for a resolution.
